Phillip Rosenthal is a founding member of the Rosenthal Law Group and has enjoyed a successful thirty-year law practice, focusing on Real Estate law and related transactional and litigation issues. His concentration on Real Estate practice includes significant experience in condominium law and condominium conversions, and commercial, industrial, and multi-family property sales and purchase. Phillip represents hundreds of clients every year in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
In addition, Phillip has represented clients in all phases of real estate financing and litigation, including mortgage foreclosure litigation and landlord/tenant practice. A large portion of Phillip’s practice is dedicated to the representation of City of Chicago building owners in Administrative Hearings and other building code violation proceedings.
During his career, Phillip has also represented real estate brokers in contract matters, lien claimants, and all other areas of real estate brokerage. Phillip has also worked with his clients to protect their assets and initiate wealth transfer planning for real property assets as part of their estate planning. Phillip also represents his clients in traffic court involving various provisions of the Illinois automobile code.
