Harley Rosenthal is a founding member and Partner of the Rosenthal Law Group. Harley works on all areas and aspects of real estate transactions, and focuses much of his work on representing purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in and around the Chicagoland area. Harley counsels and assists condominium developers in the preparation of the required Condominium Documents necessary to convert apartment buildings into new condominiums and in the construction of new condominium buildings. Harley has worked on projects as varied as new construction four-unit buildings or the rehabilitation and conversion of a 96-unit apartment complex into new condominiums, and all other size projects in between. Recently, with the changing mortgage market, Harley has counseled real estate developers in the complex process of securing FHA Project approval for new condominium projects.

Harley also concentrates his practice on options for homeowners and other property owners facing mortgage default, including loan modifications, short sale negotiations, and foreclosure alternatives, and is dedicated to finding realistic and viable alternatives for homeowners facing mortgage foreclosure.

Harley also assists his clients with wealth transfer planning options for financial assets and real estate assets.

Harley routinely represents clients charged with violations of the Illinois Vehicle Code in traffic court in Cook County and other surrounding counties.
